Bewst extension help
Bewst Account Manager connects the Chrome extension to your Bewst account. It shows saved Snapchat accounts and helps you prepare an owned session for review.
Sign in to Bewst
- Open the extension and choose Sign in with Bewst.
- Complete the normal bewst.me sign-in, including two-factor authentication if enabled.
- Reopen the extension. Your saved-account list can load while another tab is active.
The extension may open an inactive Accounts tab to check your normal website session. It does not receive your Bewst password or read the value of your Bewst sign-in cookie.
If your sign-in changed, reload Bewst Accounts and press Refresh in the extension. If you forgot your password, use password recovery.
Add or reconnect Snapchat
- Choose Add Snapchat account or Reconnect.
- Sign in normally to the intended Snapchat account in this same Chrome profile.
- Enter its recovery email and username, review the ownership statement, and choose Continue to review.
- Choose Review in Bewst. Check the prepared account, confirm ownership and press Connect imported session on the website.
Protected session cookies grant account access. They are copied only after your consent and Continue action, and uploaded to Bewst only when you submit the website form. Changing the typed username does not switch the Snapchat account signed into Chrome.
Connections may require available Bewst balance. Session transfer can be rejected by Snapchat even when the account works in your normal browser. Review the visible result instead of assuming that a session is connected. No Snaps are sent by the extension or by import verification.
Manage saved accounts
Refresh retrieves the latest stored status from Bewst; a saved session is not a live authentication check. Remove in Bewst opens the selected account's removal control. Removal happens after you press the website's Remove saved login button. This removes Bewst's saved login, not your Snapchat account or other devices' sign-ins.
Bewst is a separate service that can use connected sessions for image Snap runs you configure on the website. Those runs have separate recipient, quantity and cost controls. The extension does not automatically start a run. Paid service features require Bewst balance.
Update the extension
For an unpacked installation, replace the old extension files with the latest downloaded ZIP's extracted files, then use Reload on Chrome's extensions page. Updating the VPS alone does not update an unpacked extension. Review Chrome's site-access permissions when prompted.
